Behavioural Coach

Jackie Arnold is an international ICF Certified Executive Coach, ILM Certified Cross-Cultural Trainer & Dip Coach Supervisor who is a former board member of the UK ICF Board of Directors. She set up the Cancer Coaching Community learning group in 2016 to support all those impacted by cancer to live well.

Jackie’s ability to support leaders at senior level across a variety of industries stems from her considerable international career path, starting in media and then as overseas lecturer and consultant in Business & Tourism for The London Chamber of Commerce and Industry. She supported leaders at Airbus in France Spain Germany and UK to manage cross-cultural teams, improve communication strategies and manage difficult conversations.

She has run her own executive coaching and cross-cultural management training company since 2001 working in both the public and private sectors. She has worked for over eight years with the LFHE and now with Advance HE as a Key Associate delivering training and 1-2-1 Coaching and Mentoring in many Universities.

She is a regular speaker at international conferences and has just completed a research project on Executive Refection which was nominated for the Best Practice in Education at this year’s Parliamentary Review.

Her books “Coaching Skills for Leaders in the Workplace” & “Coaching Supervision at its BEST” are recognised course books for the ILM & CMI Coaching & Mentoring in Management and Coaching Supervision Qualifications.
